Impact Washington Welcomes New Account Executive, Joseph Gosar, to Our Western Washington Team.

Headshot of Joseph GosarImpact Washington is pleased to announce the hiring of Joseph Gosar as our latest Account Executive, representing the Western Washington Region.

As an Account Executive, Gosar is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to mid-size manufactures in the Western region. He will work with all Account Executives in this region and eco-system partners to manage existing accounts and help cultivate new relationships focused on consulting and training services around workforce development, smart manufacturing, cybersecurity, operational excellence, and more.

“I look forward to representing Impact Washington and working with our clients to achieve their growth and sustainability goals,” stated Gosar. “I understand and value the mission of Impact Washington. There are plenty of opportunities in the Western region to help manufactures, and I look forward to being focused on their needs and helping them excel.”

Joseph has an extensive background in industrial machinery sales, mechanical engineering, and product development. Before joining Impact Washington, Gosar worked as a Regional Sales Manager/Sales Engineer for companies such as Wipotech-OCS, Leister Technologies, and CNC Machine Services, Inc. In his roles, he worked closely with manufacturers throughout Washington and the Western regions of the USA and Canada.

“Joseph has a deep understanding of manufacturing, and what companies need to thrive in a competitive and evolving marketplace,” said Carol Blayden, Impact Washington’s Client Engagement, and Marketing Director. “His vast experience in engineering concepts and his background in CNC Machinery, robotics, and LEAN principles are qualities our customers’ value.”

Joseph earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering—with an Emphasis in Product Development—from Bringham Young University. Joseph grew up in Lake Stevens, Washington, and is married to his high school sweetheart Anna with whom he has four kids. His hobbies include woodworking, gardening, photography, and cooking. 

Also joining the Impact Washington team is Joseph’s service dog, Olivia. Olivia is three years old and is trained in medical alert and medical assistance tasks.

Joseph started with Impact Washington on Monday, January 27, and resides in the South Sound Area.
