Sandy specializes in helping Impact Washington clients with their strategy, planning, design, and implementation of business processes. Her business focus is on ERP and related applications such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Business Intelligence (BI) and their alignment with business strategy.
She also has experience in managing integration to engineering, financial, and operational support applications such as Barcoding, EDI, and CAD.
Sandy has completed 47 ERP implementations with various ERP systems, such as Syteline, Mapics XA, Fourth Shift, Syspro, Macola, Sage, MS Dynamics GP, and MS Dynamics AX. She has assisted many companies in their application system selection process by identifying requirements through process analysis and documentation of business requirements for use in communication with Application Solution providers. This focus on business processes has resulted in improved and faster implementations, including the successful on-site implementation of Fourth Shift ERP at six sites within five months. Sandy also supported an ERP vendor in architecting solutions for multi-site organizations.
