The Importance of Risk Management with Dr. Janna Hamlett

August 24 | 12:00-4:00 PDT  (1:00-5:00 MDT) | Virtual Workshop

Cost: $200

In a manufacturing facility we manage risk around people, and people safety, food safety, customer relations, brand reputation, equipment life, and effectiveness, etc. Many people indirectly have risk management as part of their everyday job duties. No one likes to experience the worst-case scenario, so hopefully, we can put policies and procedures in place to prevent it from happening. But even if we don’t totally prevent it, maybe we can lessen the impact.
