As part of the Manufacturing Series, Lean Fundamentals offers an engaging introduction to the principles and practices that drive operational excellence. The course explores how Lean tools can be applied to improve organizational performance, emphasizing a structured framework built on a lean mindset, process stability, and continuous improvement.
Participants will take part in interactive exercises, examine real-world examples, and engage in guided discussions that deepen their understanding of how Lean concepts enhance efficiency, quality, and adaptability across manufacturing environments.
Upon successful completion of the workshop, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
