Manufacturers face constant pressure to reduce waste, improve quality, and make better decisions using data. This workshop series equips manufacturing professionals with a proven, practical approach to solving process problems and driving measurable improvement on the shop floor and beyond.
Through five interactive sessions, participants learn Lean Six Sigma fundamentals and the DMAIC problem-solving process, applying tools directly to real manufacturing challenges within their organization.
It takes advantage of the “value-added” focus of Lean while maintaining the statistical rigors of Six Sigma. This series will include four full-day training sessions with three weeks between sessions for participants to complete project work that is an essential part of the LSSGB program.
This workshop combines instruction, hands-on exercises, and project coaching to ensure practical application. Participants receive tools, templates, and a certificate of completion at the end of the program.
Ideal for manufacturing professionals involved in operations, continuous improvement, quality, or process leadership.
