Food safety is critical to protecting consumers, meeting regulatory requirements, and maintaining customer trust. The IHA Basic HACCP 2-Day Online Course is an internationally recognized training designed to help food manufacturers identify, evaluate, and control food safety risks using the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.

This introductory HACCP workshop provides a structured, practical approach to managing food safety hazards and strengthening your facility’s food safety program. Participants who complete the course will receive an International HACCP Alliance (IHA) seal and certificate, demonstrating HACCP competency to customers, regulators, and auditors.

Please note that participants must attend all HACCP training webinars to receive an International HACCP Alliance seal and certificate.

Who Should Attend: Anyone requiring an IHA-certified HACCP curriculum, HACCP team members, plant management teams, corporate executives and quality assurance managers and employees whose job functions impact the facility’s HACCP plan.

The course will help you identify hazards associated with raw materials and process steps and assign controls. You will learn to:

  • Understand the 5 preliminary steps and 7 principles of HACCP
  • Determine the likelihood and severity of raw material hazards and process hazards
  • Identify critical control points (CCP’s) and define critical limits
  • Evaluate monitoring and verification procedures for each CCP
