Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) are the foundation of food safety and regulatory compliance. This live, online cGMP workshop provides food and beverage manufacturers with a practical understanding of cGMP requirements under FSMA’s Preventive Controls for Human Food (21 CFR Part 117) and how to apply them in daily operations.
