Join this S&OP/SIOP leadership course to align goals, resources, and execution on January 12th, 20th and 29th, 2026. Through practical frameworks and relatable examples, the session demonstrates how Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)—or SIOP—creates visibility, discipline, and alignment across the enterprise so that strategy becomes a coordinated, repeatable process rather than an annual event. - Classroom Training- (3) 8-hour classes-January 12th, 20th, and 29th 2026
- 1:1 Coaching with your team-(3) 8-hour sessions between classes
- Approximately 8-hours of work outside of class and 1:1 sessions is expected
