Over 26 years of experience in aerospace quality assurance, supporting organizations ranging from small manufacturers to large, multi-site operations. Prior to focusing full-time on HD Solutions, he served in senior leadership roles including Director of Compliance, overseeing quality and compliance activities across five U.S. facilities simultaneously, and Director of Operations, where he led the lean design and startup of a new manufacturing facility and managed the relocation of operations across the country.
