Senior Program Manager
Sarah is a process improvement and change management specialist at Impact Washington. Focusing on Lean Sigma and Quality Systems, she takes a holistic approach to identifying business improvement opportunities, developing solutions, managing initiatives, and aligning the resources and disciplines needed to deliver continuous improvement and operational transformation. She has held operations management and engineering roles and brings an engineering mindset to her work, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
When not working, Sarah enjoys traveling, sailing, skiing, and riding a motorcycle (as a passenger). If she can combine any or all of these activities simultaneously, so much more, the better.
