Sarah has dedicated the last 21 years working at Impact Washington. She is a process improvement and change management specialist with a proven track record of increasing product speed and reducing costs. Focusing on Lean Sigma and Quality Systems, Sarah takes a holistic approach to identify business improvement opportunities, developing solutions, managing initiatives, and identifying the resources and various disciplines needed to execute continuous improvement and deliver operational transformation.
Before devoting her work full-time to Impact Washington, Sarah held operations management and engineering roles. She has an engineering mindset and is a well-rounded individual that efficiently works with cross-functional teams.
As a thought leader and subject matter expert who can address a broad range of industries and industry topics - Sarah is often asked to speak at regional, state, and national conferences and events.
When not working, Sarah enjoys traveling, sailing, skiing, and riding a motorcycle (as a passenger). If she can combine any or all of these activities simultaneously, so much more, the better.
