Why Cohorts?

Cohorts are multi-session programs (2–6 sessions) where teams learn in short bursts, apply the tools on their own processes, and return for feedback. The format grows in-house leaders while turning training into results - fewer bottlenecks, better flow, steadier quality, clearer standards, and time saved.

  • Visible gains on the floor: Fewer do-overs and scrap, higher first-pass yield, faster turnaround
  • Peer problem-solving: Swap templates, compare what worked, avoid dead ends
  • Built to sustain: Simple artifacts – standard work, KPI boards, audit checklists, simple dashboards
  • Right-sized for SMBs: High leverage tools you can run with limited time
  • Built for Washington businesses: Examples reflect local supply chains, customers and workforce
