Impact Washington Expands Team to Better Serve the Manufacturing Community

Center Welcomes Project Logistics Coordinator and IT Manager

Impact Washington – NIST MEP  welcomes Anibeth Ruiz as Project Logistics Coordinator and Damon Devani as IT Manager. Both are specialists whose unique experiences will help guide Impact Washington through a period of growth. 

"Impact Washington continues to experience incredible growth," said Deloit R. Wolfe Jr., President, and Center Director of Impact Washington. "As we expand our reach and interact with more manufacturers, it's important that we honor the value of continuous improvement and become better, including adding staff in specialized areas. I am thrilled to welcome these talented individuals to help us drive our processes and better serve the manufacturing community."

Anibeth Ruiz 

Anibeth assumed the Project Logistics Coordinator in February. She is responsible for coordinating resources and managing client project schedules to completion. Working alongside the Account Executives and other stakeholders, she helps track schedule changes, regular check-in with resource partners, and provides weekly status reports to the team.

Anibeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Andres Bello Catholic University (UCAB) in Caracas, Venezuela. She has over six years of experience working for fortune 500 companies in the Aerospace, Department of Defense, Radiation Protection, and Food Industries.

Damon Devani 

Damon rejoined Impact Washington as IT Manager in May. He has been part of the MEP National Network since 2016. He is responsible for maintaining and improving Impact Washington's infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cybersecurity. 

Damon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Innovation from Champlain College, Burlington, Vermont. He has worked as an internal resource and consultant for manufacturers looking to modernize, especially with the challenges of the past several years. The expertise he's collected will position Impact well in this fast-moving and tech-driven world.
